Carol has over 30 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Defense Department, and the private sector worldwide. Her expertise is in managing client fiscal strategic planning, program and contracts execution, financial analysis, business operations, corporate performance, and project control processes in supporting the warfighter.

She received an MBA from Auburn University Montgomery, and a BS from Florida State University.

Carol is active in non-profit organizations within her community, she is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of the Lowcountry, she serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Youth Leadership Council, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Bluffton, and she serves on the Board of Directors for Information Professionals Association, a professional non-profit.

Carol and her husband Austin have three grown children and 2 grandchildren.
