Mike Muztafago is a recognized subject matter expert in Special Operations, Cyberspace Operations, Operations in the Information Environment, Information Warfare and Special Technical Operations. His entire military career was spent in operational Special Operations billets, culminating in his assignment as the first Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director of the Army’s Land Information Warfare Activity. Subsequent to retiring from the military, he served for over two decades as a Senior Civil Servant in the National Capital Region providing direct support and expertise to DoD, Joint Staff, and Military Department Senior Leaders. His civilian assignments included serving as the first G39 Information Operations and Special Technical Operations Division Chief for US Army Cyber Command. A distinguished graduate of the US Army War College, he has contributed to publications covering Gray Zone, Iran’s Global Influence, and U.S. International Broadcasting issues and strategies.
